Job Description :
- Responsible for all the recruitment activity process as the procedure and targeted
- Provide effective recruitment source, both offline and online
- Build and maintain good relationship with government agencies, educational institution, labor providers, job portal providers, etc
- Prepare and provide report which is related with recruitment activity
Requirements :
- Maximum 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Majoring Psychology would be an advantage) from reputable university, with IPK min 3.00
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have good knowledge about all recruitment process
- Familiar with psychological test and interview technique
- English and computer literate is a must
- Technology and Social Media Savvy
- Good communication skill, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, and time management skill
- Self starter, an open minded person, creative, organized, high attention to detail, multi tasking, able to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within tight deadline
- Have Driving License (SIM A/C)
- Willing to be placed in Driyorejo, Gresik and travel all around Indonesia for recruitment and selection activity purposes
