Start-up Senior Process Engineer – OSBL

As a Start-up Senior Process Engineer - OSBL, you will work closely with our existing team and deliver excellent work to our client.
Your responsibilities will include:
· To effectively coordinate and provide sound technical advise to the Commissioning and Start-up Team on Process Unit Operations issues and related area.
· To assure the process safety and design integrity of a process units, equipment, or systems/subsystems.
· Coordinates the commissioning and start-up activities within his/her area, to ensure safe initial start-up and subsequent normal operation, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications.
About You:
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:
· Degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering (B.Sc).
· Minimum of 10 years on site commissioning and start-up experience. Minimum of 5 years involving oil & gas facilities, pipelines.
· Has held the same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR minimum has held the position one level under the proposed PMC position for the last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas/LNG processing)
· Minimum 1 year experience with the contractor in the similar position
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Has experience in HSSE Management System
· Must have sound basic skills in all branches of commissioning and start-up management.
