Siemens Energy is one of global leader in energy technology. Our product ranges from Gas Turbine,

Steam Turbine, Compressor and Generator. Large and small type of engine Steam Turbine cover different type of costumer for industrial or generation.

Field service department supply manpower for new erection, warranty and after sales service. Currently our coverage area is Asia Pacific including Japan, India, South Korea, Australia and South East Asia.

With different country and character of our costumer, we need a good candidate who can work in different situation and pressure.

Candidates should work independent or work in teams. It will be advantage if you familiar or experience with Siemens Energy product.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, overhaul, repair, modification, and upgrade on Steam Turbine Valve sets in a supervisory role or at the level assigned by management with the partial or full responsibility for all relevant KPIS’s including but not limited to duration, resource allocation, spare parts, reporting, quality and HSE.
• Review, inspect the required standard and special tooling and equipment during on site outage preparation phase.
• Arrange, coordinate, and control material and parts handling, logistics, internal resources, and subcontractor resource activities on site for the relevant area of responsibility.
• Prepare daily shift activities, co-ordinate with adjacent equipment maintenance activities as well as activities in workshops, NDT and other related topics.
• Ensure overall quality and duration of the given work scope, provide clear shift handover with peers, lead functions, and communicate clearly on job requirements to personnel and other relevant stake holders.
• Perform troubleshooting for all Steam turbine and auxiliary system and equipment, support Generator and / or Gas Turbine maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, spare parts list, daily shift activities, status report, field reports to the required quality on assembly / disassembly activities during all outages.
• Actively support with outage preparation activities with project engineers, project managers, tooling facilities engineers, outage manager and HSE professional.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring for the development and cross-skilling of Siemens Energy Work force and sub-contractors
• Actively implement creative problem solving of technical issues within own area of responsibility, in alignment with Site and Project Management and applicable QHSE standards and actively support the continuous improvement of tools, equipment, technical processes for Siemens Energy outages execution.
• Ensure works carried out by personnel on site are in accordance with the required HSE standards and the safety and health of sub-contractors and peers is taken care of incl.

Last Minute Risk Assessments, appropriate PPE and tooling being used etc.

• Receive and review required PTW, ensure all required isolations point and energy release are done before assigning tasks to assigned personnel.
• Actively support with post outage activities such as lesson learn documentation, tooling and equipment damage report, manpower survey and feedback on demand

What You Bring

• 8-10 years working experience in power generation industry as a Steam Turbine Supervisor or Specialist, experience with Steam Valve maintenance, preferably on Siemens Energy Steam Turbines will an advantage
• Vocationally Trained / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in the Field of Mechanical Engineering
• Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions
• Able to read, understand and independently work to drawings, specifications and unit conversions in accordance to international codes and standards
• Good English language skills both verbally and written is a minimum requirement, having more language skills is a plus
• Good level of digital literacy, confident user of relevant IT-applications (Microsoft Office).
• Pro-active, problem solving and ready to work attitude, readiness to take additional tasks to improve the statues Quo if needed.
• Creative, livelong learner thriving to generate better solutions for technical issues at all times based on profound technical competence and own ingenuity
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work either independently or with multinational groups of personnel, in shift rotation with flexible hours.
• Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards in the related field of work.
• Willing to work and travel independently and extensively to new work location
