[Stem Cell Therapy Support Supervisor]

■ Responsibilities:

1. Communication with Stakeholders: Facilitating communication between the responsible physician, research team members, participants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders involved in the clinical research project.
2. Project Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning phase of the Stem Cell clinical research project, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and establishing protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
3. Treatment Administration: Coordinating the administration of Stem Cell treatments as per the research protocol, including scheduling appointments, managing treatment logistics, and ensuring adherence to standardized procedures.
4. Data Collection and Management: Overseeing the collection, recording, and management of data related to the clinical research, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.

■ Qualifications:

[REQUIRED]

1. Min. Bachelor Degree or higher with preferred major in Biological Area, Clinical Research Management and Nursing
2. Min. 5 years experience in clinical research  (for Manager, Min. 10 years experience)
3. Previous experience in clinical research area 
4. Experience with project management and have excellent time management skills
5. Willing to be placed in Cikarang

1. Proficient in English (both oral & written) 
2. Good communication skills – verbal and written
