RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for achieving budgeted financial and operating results for an assigned store. Inspires and develops his team through empowerment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree from any major, or minimum senior high school with managerial experience of retail business
• Good in leadership skill
• Good business perspective
• Have analysis & systematical thinking
• Well understand in financial report
• Strong in communication skill
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, open-minded with high flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Willing to work in all major cities of Indonesia
• Willing to work with shift based, weekend, and National holiday
