Job Decription

• Evaluate on the job perfomance of sales team 
• Ensure item are in stock & maintain inventory 
• Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing
• Responsible for store operations so that they comply with SOP and run well
   

Qualification:

• Minimal Diploma from any major, or minimum senior high school 
• Good in leadership skill
• Willing to work with shift based, weekend, and National holiday
• Placement opsional (Bekasi or Tangerang)
• Minimum 2 years Retail Store Experience
