Responsibility :
-Manages and ensures stock level and handles direct and indirect customer service in all service area in order to maximize sales.
-Ensure that all staff responsibilities in achieving targets are accomplished.
-Maximize profitability through plans, budgets and cost follow up.
-Ensure that safety, security and administration procedures area followed.
-Preparing budget, projectons and expenditure costs
-Collaborating with marketing teams on lead generation
-Analyzing sales revenue and statistics
-Monitoring sales team success rates and customer satisfaction
-Delegating tasks to appropriate teams
Requirement :
-Maximum 40 years old.
-Candidate must possess at least D3 from any field
-Having experience min. 5 years as Manager/Ass. Manager in retail industry or retail electronic will be advantage
-Computer literate (familiar with Ms. Excel, Ms. Words, PPoint, etc)
-English Active
-Leadership and development skills
-Discipline, good attitude, high integrity, honestly, excellent interpersonal skill
-Target oriented person and can work underpresure
-Can lead staff to achieve targets & have customer management skills
