Uraian Tugas

Our well-established HR Consulting client is looking for a passionate Head of Client Account Manager to join their Sales team.

What Will You Do 

  • To learn client’s business challenges and client’s need related to our solution
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and stakeholders relationship
  • Responsible for the sales, bidding process, and to achieve individual annual sales target
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and reports. 
  • Supply management with reports regarding customer needs, problems, interest, and potential for solutions
  • Managing Sales Team (3-4 people in team)

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree (business major – either one of degree) from overseas university or highly reputable Indonesia university
  • Have experience in Consulting or Banking company
  • Minimum 4 year working experience in sales or business development
  • Fluent in English
