About Our Client

Our client is a Multinational Footwear manufacturing company. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are a premium brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Strategic Planning Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct extensive market research to gather insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for the strategic plans.Conduct comprehensive market intelligence monitoring to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Production, and Finance to align strategic initiatives with departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Drive company-wide adoption of strategic plans and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Min 5 years of working experience in strategic consultant
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, market research, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using market research tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to work in Tangerang area
