Freelance/Contract-based Vacancy at Haibolu (subsidiary company of Bukalapak)
 

Position: Partnership and Operation

Haibolu is Subsidiary Company of Bukalapak that focus on growing Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia through various collaborative programs with government, state own enterprises, and privates. Our programs are such as but not limited to trainings, incubation, marketing activation and campaign, as well as social corporate responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

We are currently seeking freelance/contract-based candidates for position of Partnership and Operation with detailed requirements as follow:
 

Scope of work and responsibilities:

1. Develop creative ideas for partnership program with external stakeholders, specifically for Indonesian Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM)
2. Manage flawless program execution with smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
3. Manage post-event evaluation after program execution for improvement 
4. Create post-event reporting for relevant stakeholders
5. Help preparing program deck for external partners (and presenting if needed)

Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor degree with any major/educational background with strong understanding of partnerships and event organizer/management
2. Preferably 3 years of working experience related to business/account partnerships and event organizer/management
3. Experience in developing creative events and collaborations
4. Outstanding in communication and interpersonal skill
5. Strong in presentation and negotiation skills
6. Experience working in marketplace is a plus
7. Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
