AlamatMain Responsibility :
- Manage a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain and be responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses.
- To provide management with updated market price (raw materials, consumables, and spareparts) and situation both local and international to enable company adjusting the price list at the right time and other decision making purpose and solving the problem of all related part of procurement.
- To ensure the smoothness of production by getting the material available and monitoring material arriving as per schedule and needs
- To build a strong relationship with supplier and related parties.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Major
- Min 4-7 years experience in field Job with minimum 3 years from manufacture industry, it will be advantageable from steel company
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and find a win solution for the company
- Understanding of all delivery terms, payment terms ie. Letter of credit or SKBDN
- Proven in the use of slide and make presentation for easy discussion
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
- Understanding of market for auction old building, mining and shipbreaker are an advantage points
- Fluent in English
