AlamatEY Infrastructure Advisory Team is inviting talented individuals to join a team of experienced professionals who help guide our clients, both public and private sectors, to achieve their goals on developing infrastructure assets through project preparation, transactions and / or fund-raising activities.

We advise and assist our clients carry out their transaction plans (buy-side or sell side transactions), as well as their fund-raising activities.
Our EY Infrastructure Advisory group has an established track record of advising both public and private sectors on infrastructure projects worldwide.
Our core team has a broad and deep understanding of large and complex economic and social infrastructure demonstrated by our strong public sector advisory credentials covering a range of industry sectors and procurement methodologies.
Requirements
To qualify for the role you must have :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy or Engineering from reputable overseas and local universities.
MBA / Master’s degree / CFA is an asset.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 6+ years of relevant work experience related to development and implementation of major capital projects, including development of project options and business cases, commercial advisory, consideration of alternative procurement models, financial analysis and modeling, consideration of economic costs and benefits, contract management, asset management.
- Working experience of dealing with international development agencies / donor would be an asset.
- Knowledge or experience in financial analysis, micro and macroeconomics, project finance and infrastructure projects, including financial modelling and quantitative analysis, procurement methodology, and procurement strategy, as well as infrastructure planning and infrastructure policy development.
- Strong knowledge of International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles as it relates to PPP infrastructure transactions.
- Deep knowledge and relationships in one or more of the following sectors : Transport, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Social / Urban / Green Infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Indonesian debt financing and capital markets and / or of infrastructure, real estate and project financing markets and the reflection of these in a financial modelling context
- Any professional qualifications ( PMP, CFA) would be highly regarded.
- Fluency in business English is mandatory both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and capacity to provide quality deliverables with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skill with the ability to deal with people all levels professionally both internally and externally.

- Has a desire to grow in terms of sales and business development, contributing to executing EY’s go-to-market client development strategy.
- Can contribute to expanding and grow the practice by providing quality service to clients and by developing strong relationships within government and in the private sector
- Manage and contribute to the development of junior staff.
