Things you will do:
- Design and Calculate Structurally related Construction, Research, and Development of Bobobox products
- Working with various stakeholders and internal parties to develop the identified area through the planning project
- Creating a standard and more efficient system
- Supervising the site labor force and monitoring the working process done by the contractors
- Managing the project, identifying and resolving potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes
- Ensuring the tender documents are in order with the required standard and quality
- Handling other administrative work related to the development of the project as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
You'll fit in this job if you:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the full life cycle of development of commercial buildings or high-rise residential projects or in the related Construction field is required for this position
- Proficiency in design substructure, superstructure
- Proficiency in working with Etabs, SAP-2000, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of local building & construction rules and regulations
- Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
