Structure Supervisor

Job Descriptions

Project Implementation:

• Assist in developing project term of reference (TOR) based on approved project design.

• Liaise closely with the assigned contractors to ensure the quality and the completion of work was within target / schedule.

• Provide technical assistance and support to all developed project.

• Assess by expert judgment that the structure construction was considered safe.

• Ensure the safety operation in the project site.

• Provide strategic consultancy for all project workers (consultant, staff, and contractor) to ensure alignment of project delivery to the management direction.

Project Management:

• Supervise all project activities based on agreed term of reference.

• Prepare periodical progress report to the project manager.

• Maintain and monitor, making adjustment if needed, according to the project activities and milestone to meet project deadline and budget set by the management.

General Activities:

• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by manager

• Provide periodic report (as requested) to the direct supervisor

• Suggest improvement process related to project activities carried out by the consultant and contractor.

• Analyze and report additional task as required by the supervisor

General Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from civil engineering.

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Have minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or minimum 4 years working experience in project management.
