Job Descriptions
Student Advisory & Support Center Planning :
- Develop annual work plan, implement and evaluate effective strategies and program in Student Advisory & Support Center
- Ensure excellent planning and implementation of Student Advisory and support programs
- Design and implement the advisory program for students with low academic achievement and disabilities students
- Design, monitor, and implement the mentoring programs for the active students
- Design and implement the program development that related to Academic Study Skill, Personal Development Skill and Employability Skill for disabilities students
Program Implementation & Monitoring :
- Act as a counselor for active students or parents
- Prepare and implement the programs for high achiever students
- Manage academic departments in evaluating and monitor students’ academic achievement
- Manage the implementation of Student Advisory Programs (e.g. student mentoring, student counseling, intervention for disabilities students, scholarship programs etc.)
- Monitor students’ learning activities and their academic achievement
- Manage and implement academic advising services and programs that support and enhance academic planning and intellectual development of all students, as well as programs of academic support that may be appropriate and specific to student population
Program Evaluation :
- Evaluate and report the academic achievement to Faculty, Head of School, and Head of Department in BINUS @Campus
- Review the Student Advisory and Support programs progress toward completing the proposed academic program goals
- Utilize evaluation of the overall Student Advisory and Support program to improve programs and activities
- Monitor and evaluate students registered in advisory and support programs and academic achievement development program
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Job Requirements
Education Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum Master Degree (Major in Psychology)
Work Exposure / Experience :
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
- Minimum 7 years of working experience
Special Skills / Certification :
- Experience in Education industry
