JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure updated product knowledge at all times including all benefits, facilities, tools and services offered by the club
- Clearly understand and comply with all administrative procedures
- Use marketing and support materials provided as sales tools in a proactive and constructive manner
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with prospects and members
- Be an extension of the club's service arm by assisting and greeting members as they arrive and leave, ensuring that they are happy with their membership
REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA:
- Diploma (D3) or higher in Hotel & Tourism from a reputable school
- Age between 21 - 26 years old
- Familiar with target work & sales, a good and consistent sales track record will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry, previous experience working in a gym is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written in advance level
- Have a friendly, kind, and honest personality, as well as a high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity and a superior work ethic
- Communicative and have good personal and interpersonal skills, motivated, ambitious, confident, and determined in pursuing sales
- Energetic and have a passion for promoting healthy lifestyle
- Willing to work in shifts
