Your day to day
- Manage HMS business as a principal in collaboration with distribution partners
- Able to identify and optimize business opportunity to strenghten HMS business and win competitions within Area Territory responsibility
- Analyzing marketing issues/opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting, consumer profiling, etc.
- Performing data analysis to gain market insight and to define growth and excellent sales strategy
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel's strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with market potency and consumer preference
- Manage team & building relationship with distribution partners
- Stand alone to manage problem solving with distribution partners within all channel Retail, Modern Trade, Wholesale and Consumer Activation
Who we're looking for
- There are no issues regarding placement throughout Indonesia esp Papua
- bachelor's degree in any major
- Have been a supervisor or manager for at least 3 years in a distribution/FMCG company
- English (esp Conversation)
- Have experience in product distribution
- Have experience in managing a team as a supervisor or manager
- Accustomed to working under pressure and deadlines
- Strong Leadership
- Agile with uncertainty condition
- Drive for Result
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
- Having a driving license (SIM) type A
