Some of your duties will include:
- To supervise and lead all control and instrumentation work, including corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance to ensure LNG power generation plant availability and reliability.
- Implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program.
- Effectively plans, schedules, and coordinates all work for which the maintenance group is responsible.
- Plans and coordinates outage work interfaces with and directs maintenance sub-contractors during outages.
- Ensures proper safety and housekeeping procedures are followed by maintenance personnel.
- Ensures proper records and reports for all work undertaken are completed and stored correctly for future reference.
- Supervises and inspects all LNG power plant facilities, infrastructure, installations, and equipment within the scope of his responsibility.
- Ensure that Inspection, Investigation inspection and assessment of LNG power plant facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment are always carried out.
- Conducts inspection, investigation and assessment of LNG power plant facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment before utilized, after reassembled, and/or repaired.
- Supports work in areas outside of the power plant (LNG, CFPP, etc).
- Ensures safe work practices and procedures are observed and the LOTO/PTW rules/procedures are being followed.
- Assist in preparation of 1-year and 5-year ahead C&I maintenance.
- Optimize the costs of maintaining LNG power assets by improving C&I maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsibility for the safety operation of all facilities, infrastructures, plants, and equipment assigned to his/her supervision.
- Carry out regular inspection, safety meetings to address plant safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10 years’ related experiences.
- Have minimum 5 years’ experiences in supervisory level in similar role as Supervisor – Control & Instrumentation in LNG Plant industry
- Deep Knowledge of all areas of C&I maintenance and work planning.
- Competency and knowledge of the basic plant layout, equipment, and systems of a large industrial project.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) sufficient to undertake this role.
- Knowledge of PLC and DCS controls.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
- Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution.
