Supervisor Customs

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor degree from any major
• Have experience in export import at least 2 years
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Have good communication skill 
• Capable to operate Ms. Office
• Willing to be placed at Madiun, East Java

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive shipping documents from suppliers
• Follow up the arrival of imported goods and coordinate with forwarding
• Make import customs filing form BC 2.3 and communicate to customs through the system.
• Create and process BC 2.3 & BC 2.5 documents
• Monitor expenditure data on the IT Inventory system
