Requirments
- Monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and daily performance of the Plant.
- Ensure the continuous availability, smooth and cost-efficient running of all electrical and electronic systems at the best possible efficiency.
- Conduct line inspection on all areas of the Plant.
- Ensure conformance to Standard Operating Procedure, 5S, Good Housekeeping to promote safe and efficient operation of all system.
- Implement company policies and enforce regulations and recommend sanctions to Engineering Manager if necessary.
- Perform toolbox talks with the Team to discuss Work Schedules, Priorities and Safety Precautions on every job assignment.
- Conduct quality inspections on jobs particularly on new installations and random checking on existing ones.
- Perform diagnosing and troubleshooting on machine/equipment during breakdown.
Monthly:
- Submit Production Reports to Engineering Manager (% of PM, % of Repaired Machine/Service Request Summary, Spare Parts Monitoring/Cost, Engineering MoM
- Perform other functions as directed by the management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineer
- Must have at least 3 years experience as an EMD Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge in:
- GMP, Good Housekeeping Guidelines, 5S
- Advance Windows Applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic Financial and Cost Accounting
- Load Balancing, HI-POT test and PQT
- ERP System
- Gen-set and power station switchgear
- PLC systems fault finding/analysis, module interfacing and basic automation
- Basic calibration
- Records Management
- ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2009 and OSHA 1901
- Leadership skills and delegation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Diagnosing and Troubleshooting
- Risk Assessment and RCFA
