Supervisor Exim

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Transportation.
• Strong knowledge of national and international shipping regulations.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and fluent communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Computer proficiency (Ms Words & Excel, Data Base/Information System)

Responsibilities :
• Coordination with Internal Department,
• Will handle Export or Import Team as a leader.
• Update EXIM Regulations and Licenses from the government.
• Understand payment and system method related to EXIM
• Manage Export-Import Department Including preparation, process, and license
• Control and Monitoring the Shipment to ensure the compliance of regulations
• Manage team member
• Coordinates and organizes daily and weekly meetings to solve problems and evaluate teamwork as
well as ensure the smooth process of export import shipments and customer billing in accordance
with the set target.
• Evaluates teamwork and takes the necessary corrective actions to improve work result and achieve
the targets as stated in the performance indicators.
