We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role Supervisor Fund Admin.
Responsibility :
- Responsible to administer all the Pension / Mutual / Discretionary Fund operations which include executing the fund manager / client instructions on a daily basis;
- perform day to day accounting booking and valuations which yield the Mutual / Pension / Discretionary Fund NAV on a daily basis;
compliance checking for the individual fund maintained; provide high quality services to the local fund managers by maintaining good relationship and responding to enquiries from the fund managers / clients and other sections within the department or other department, prepare daily / monthly / yearly report such as list of Time Deposit, SKB reconciliation, other receivable / miscellaneous payable report, etc.
