Supervisor / Pengawas Produksi (Precast)

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor Degree in Sipil engineering or similar. 
2. Minimum 3 year work experience in Manufacturing precast.
3. Good Knowledge with flow and process production
4. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safety Awareness, and 5S Concept, and others related to Research & Development matter.
5. Skillful in Computer literary.
6. Good Leadership Skill, Communication Skill & Coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the production process and lean manufacture (square pile) 
2. Able to guide team to achieve target.
3. Supervise the results of the production process.
4. Work out and implement the Standard Operating Procedure for production operation, also ensure the implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
5. Monitoring product quality standard.
6. Analyze production process and implement the improvement.
7. Prepare and maintain production report.
