SUPERVISOR & QC PAINTING MAINTENANCE FACILITIES (PREVENTIVE)

Some of your duties will include:

• Coordinating the civil design, painting and engineering activities with the prime objectives of ensuring construction activities are built as per design and specification, effectively and efficiently to meet project timelines and budget.
• Control the painting works specially for Preventive Maintenance the Existing building and general facilities.
• Ensure all the painting work can be done as company standard and expectation 

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in PAINTING MAINTENANCE area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

What skills and experience do you need?

·        Tertiary degree in Civil / structural Engineering or related discipline;

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in similar technical experience as Supervisor and Quality Control in Painting Decorative area and has extensive experiences in Decorative & Heavy duty, Certified on Painting Decorative system;

·        Strong on assessment and identification related to painting works;

·        Have a license or certified for working at Height and scaffolding;

·        Possess the ability to visually recognize and identify different colors

·        Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

·        Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

·        Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
