Job Descriptions
- Supervise and lead a team of stewards to ensure the kitchen and food service areas are clean and organized at all times
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals and ensure adequate supply levels at all times
- Implement and enforce proper safety protocols and procedures
- Train new stewards and ensure that they understand their responsibilities and job duties
- Assist with various kitchen duties, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and food preparation
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's operations
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and safety protocols
- Minimum education is SMKin Hospitality or SMA with experience in the F&B field.
- Have work experience as a Steward Supervisor before.
- Having at least 1 year work experience is preferable, either as a hotel steward supervisor in a restaurant/cafe/ship/and the like.
- Having interpersonal skills, team work, and also service oriented will be taken into account.
