Job descriptions SCM staff:
- Make price quotation to the customer
- Checking the product price to the principal (from the price list) and the specifications of the goods which requested by the customer and sent by the principal
- Make PO to principal
- Manage the purchases and shipping of goods with forwarders, couriers and others
- Manage the delivery of goods to customers with the help from transportation department
- Prepare and complete the tender document with zero mistake.
- Control the delivery schedule of goods from the principal and the customer according due date.
- Check and record the stock of goods in the warehouse
- Evaluating the principal / supplier / forwarder
- Check the quality, quantity, documents of each receipt of goods
- With the help of the finance department, follow up the status of payments from customers and payments to the principal
- Make delivery order documents (receipts of goods), bills and tax invoices with the help of financial parties in accordance with customer and government procedures / regulations(tax)
- Make a notification or complaint to the principal / supplier for nonconformities that occurred on the arrival of the goods
