Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating inbound flow for SK-II markets• Work closely with demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse• Consolidate procurement orders for SK-II market and submit to principal• Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices accurately• Track order fulfillment and item availability• Monitor freight spending• Provide inventory and stocks in transit reports• Manage stock transfers for different sites• Create and process sales orders in SAP• Prepare order fulfillment, sales, and inventory reports• Monitor delivery flow from warehouse to customers
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in supply chain• Good understanding of logistics process• Strong customer service skills• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Strong coordination ability• Good problem-solving skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel• SAP experience is an added advantage
