Sustainability Staff

Requirements:

• D3/S1, environmental major will be prefer
• Fluent written and speaking english
• Familiar with Higg Index (FEM & vFEM)
• Willing for traveling to monitor subcontractor factories and attend buyers audit

Responsibilities:

For Sustainability Staff (fresh Graduate)

• Set up, review, and implement Environmental Management System in owned and subcontractor factories.
• Conduct self-audit to owned and subcontractor factories related with sustainability requirements.
• Report environmental self-audit result to Head Office and support factory to follow up any environmental issue identified
• Support owned and subcontractor factories to prepare and handled sustainability audit by 3rd party or buyers
• Prepare Higg Index FEM & vFEM with owned and subcontractor factories and increase the score gradually as per buyer requirement.
• Attend buyers meeting related with sustainability and share update buyers requirements.
