Job Description :
- Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Monitoring system performance metrics.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Job Requirements :
- English - Fluent in both written and spoken English (Amazing English)
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Have at least 2 year of working experiences in the related field
- IT admin experience who truly embraces the need for strict controls and processes
- Independent work ethics
- Self driven, self starter
- Extremely detail oriented
- Capacity to improve processes
- Ability to tune performance of networks, databases and software
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software
- Familiar with AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with SAS application management
- Familiarity with Freshdesk ticketing is a plus
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
