System Engineer

- About Work Position :

We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer to join our team and give exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services.

- Responsibilities/Jobdesc:

1. Provide technical assistance to clients on products & services offered by company.

2. Provide guidance to clients on the products & services offered by company.

3. Checking and correcting errors related to hosting and related services (Windows & Linux).

4. Monitor server performance.

5. Ensure the server is running at optimum performance.

6. Reply to customers via Helpdesk.

- Requirements:

• Candidates must possess bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer, or equivalent.

• At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position

• Understanding of Linux system operation

• Understand the concept of server administration with Linux

• Have good understanding in Hosting and Domain will be an advantage.

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

• Have good communication and be able to work under pressure

• Able to work with teams as well as individually

• Can analyze server problems

• Willing to work shifting schedule and capable to work during night shifts as needed.

- Working Conditions:

• Willing to relocate to Jogja.
