Qualifications & experience

• Minimum S1 education is preferred in the field of education.
• Experienced with property technology or ERP knowledge preferred.
• Must be computer literate (at least office).
• Willing to work out of town.
• Have a strong memory.
• Have self-confidence and a social spirit
• Able to work together, ready and willing to be placed individually or in groups on projects.
• Able to work under pressure

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide training regarding applications to users (online & onsite).
• Informing application features to users.
• Provide support to users if there are problems.
• Provide solutions and look for causes of problems (processwise, not technically) if users have problems.
• Document if there are issues.
• Create handover news and project reports.
• Carry out QC on company applications before launching
• Provide detailed information to the development team regarding user constraints and user desires
