Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement company Talent Acquisition strategy

• Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition for regional level, Management Trainee or Fast Track Program and other hiring projects

• Handle end-to-end internal hiring process

• Sourcing Strategy and Manage Sourcing Channels

• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

• Determining selection criteria for each of the positions

• Design job specifications, case studies, assignments, interview questions, and hiring scores that reflect each position’s requirements

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

• Generates company’s Talent Acquisitions weekly report and monthly initiatives

• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies

• Suggest new ideas for improving Talent Acquisition activities

• Research Talent Acquisition trends in the staffing industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in all majors.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesia

• Proven of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or a similar role at least 3 years of working experience in Agri-input or FMCG company

• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

• Organized analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes

• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
