Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to fill in a vacant position in the company and assure that the process aligns with the policy, procedure, and the company’s standard. This role also will be in charge the organization development, specifically covering update of organization structure and job analysis of a designation of the employee.

Responsibility:

• Plan and implement company Talent Acquisition strategy
• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and process 
• Manage recruitment process based on company requirements and standards 
• Apply psychological principles to human resources, administration, and management issues
   

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• At least 2-3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition/ recruitment
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition/ recruitment and selection process
• Familiar with psychological assessment tools and organization development
• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, & Ms. Power Point)
• Having good skill in problem solving, and strong communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking, active, and self-driven person with good character of personalities
• Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan – Kepulauan Riau
