Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance, Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Collaborate with senior management and HR leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies to attract qualified candidates.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer branding strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR colleagues, and senior leadership, to understand hiring needs, prioritize recruitment efforts, and drive organizational success.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity initiatives.
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 
• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases 
• Experience with various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals is crucial.
• Having knowledge of labor legislation, understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for tracking recruitment metrics, measuring the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and making data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Have strong decision-making skills
