Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.
About the Job
Responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating Talent Acquisition activities starting from the recruitment, selection, assessment, talent identification & mapping processes which support the organizational development process and fulfill employee needs based on competency standards and company cultural values.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition from the same industry (Retail Industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Have experience conducting assessments (soft skills/hard skills).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understand and have implemented CBHRM activities.
- Work placement in Kab. Bandung West Java.
