This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring of top talent for Komerce in Purbalingga.

• Recruiting and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong skills in employer branding and candidate engagement
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  

Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial include experience in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, ability to think creatively and strategically about recruiting, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in interviewing techniques and selection processes.
