Role Objective
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , your primary goal will be to attract, assess, and acquire top-tier talent that aligns with the NOV’s strategic objectives.
You will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process, focusing on speed, quality, and satisfaction of hiring managers and candidates.
The role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive impression of the organization and a smooth recruitment experience.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a high level of quality in hiring decisions.
Evaluate candidates not only for technical skills but also for cultural fit and long-term potential within the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights for informed decision-making.
Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Leverage recruitment technology and tools to enhance efficiency and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to speed, quality, and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting, demonstrating the ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on delivering results without compromising quality.
- Fluency in English
