Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and core competencies among employees.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Management System, including the development of learning curricula, schedules, and strategic partnerships with external training providers.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
- Design and implement a robust career development program that supports employees in achieving their professional goals.
- Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and mentorship opportunities within the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration by creating platforms for knowledge sharing among employees.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful learning and development programs.
- Possess a growth mindset and demonstrated ability to think strategically and agile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
