About the role
As a sales development consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through sales activity and develop a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to revenue and business growth, and team expansion
You will also identify key clients to ensure growth and development in your allocated industry or vertical to hunt for new clients and account-managed existing ones.
Main accountabilities:
- Formulate a sales development plan, together with the manager, to support the achievement of personal sales targets.
- Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the business development plan, to attract business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Talent Insider.
- Independently identify new clients for the company
- Manage business development by sales pitches in client meetings
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years experienced in sales role
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with the client
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Must consistently meet individual targets
- Commercially- and digitally-savvy
- Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
