The role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent through various channels. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with Recruitment Consultants.

Job Description

• Sourcing potential candidates based on the client’s requirements from existing sources (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Job Street, etc.) to fulfil the client’s job order. 
• Receiving and reviewing applications.
• Screening potential candidates through a phone interview to match the client’s requirements. 
• Arranging selected candidates for having interview sessions with Recruitment Consultants/clients.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants to create candidate summaries and input job orders to ATS

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Fluent and confident in communicating in English.
• Students in their 4th year or fresh graduates with distinct achievements are welcome to apply.
• Passionate in recruitment, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
