Job Overview:
Responsible in analysing SWOT talent, nurturing potential, and ensuring that employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to excel in their roles
Key responsibilities:
- Propose to upper management by developing training programs to address the organization's skill gaps and development needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
- Collect training resources from internal and external channels, then structure them into a format suitable for reuse and self-paced learning.
- Manage talent development and performance analysis projects, including schedule planning, modules, budgeting, and execution in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Administer pre-test, post-test, and maintenance score evaluations for training, gather feedback, and analyze it to assess program effectiveness and talent growth potential.
- Monitor KPIs and track progress, preparing weekly and monthly reports for upper management using business data from multiple departments to identify deviations from targets and critical insights.
- Arrange and facilitate timely performance reviews among individuals, colleagues, and upper management, ensuring the preparation of performance metrics and 360-degree evaluations before the review.
- Coordinate talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and priorities within the organization.
- Onboarding Specialist: Develop onboarding materials, including orientation manuals, checklists, and presentations, and coordinate orientation sessions and introductions to key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or above
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies (for certain roles)
- Familiarity with performance management systems and practices
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, lead change initiatives, and drive results, may be required.
