Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role as Finance and Admin Staff located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role entails handling administrative and accounting duties for management, including day-to-day accounting activities, general administration, and communication.
Responsibilities:- Office Management: Ensure smooth operations of all office functions and maintenance, maintain comprehensive administrative records and filing systems, and provide support to other departments with administrative tasks.
- Budget Planning: Develop and manage the organization’s budget to ensure financial stability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and process monthly PPH and PPN reports, process tax invoices, receipts, cash, etc., and manage accounts receivable.
Job Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Tax, or Accounting.
- Certifications (Preferred): Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) can be advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in a finance role with a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles, with a minimum of 4 years in accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal by Mekari and Monday.com), Microsoft Office 365, and particularly Excel.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
