We are looking for a Team Lead Software (m/f/d) to join our Indonesian Development Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the software development team, make architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and ensure robust solutions.
- Quality & Processes: Own the process landscape. Take active steps to ensure a modern software development lifecycle by establishing best practices to ship software that is high quality and delivered on time.
- Collaboration: Promote a culture of excellence and collaboration. Manage stakeholders across several continents (EU, US, APAC).
- Innovation and Research: Drive innovation, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the software team.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop software team members and encourage continuous learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a hardware context.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Cross-functional problem solving skills.
- Strong software architecture and design knowledge.
- Proficiency in at least 3 out of these technologies: C++, Qt, C#, WPF, Typescript, Python, YAML-based CI/CD, Yocto, Raspberry Pi.
- Experience in life sciences or laboratory automation is advantageous.
