Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily hotel operations
- Supervise and guide hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback effectively
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance guest experience
- Assist in creating and implementing hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor hotel performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
