JOB COMPETENCY
- The service of food and beverages lives up to an excellent standard; a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
- Completing sales transactions, managing the cash register and transactions food Excellent knowledge, and adhering to the correct company cash handling policies and procedures.
- Preparing all meals/meal components consisting of both fresh ingredients and semi-finished products according to their recipes & a structure based on production efficiency.
- A high level of cleanliness in the store by performing opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the store & dining area.
- Hands-on and flexible to ensure operational needs are met in an unpredictable working environment objective.
- Communicate effectively with Team Members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
- Adhere to the correct company cash handling policies and procedures
