This role will support internal technology team (all tech divisions) ensuring all administration duties related to Technical such as PR (Purchase Requisition), WOC (Waiver of Competition), PRF (Purchase Requisition Form), and related with it are delivered in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support to the Technical Team, from initial enquiry, through the processing of quotations and sales documentation, to order, procurement and completion. Liaising with other departments such as Finance, Procurement, and General Administration.

Support includes monitoring and follow up all technology administration pending process with other departments such as Procurement and Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administration Support technology team.
• Communicate with all stakeholders in the technology team.
• Manage and develop documentation and process requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to the Technology team in regard to administrative support.
• Monitoring and coordinating administrative task technology team.

Requirement

• Experienced in administrative background ( PO, PR, WOC, Tax, and etc. )
• A strong communicator
• Positive approach to all stakeholders
• Must be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist company
• Good experience with MS Excel
• Team player
• Proactive with independent working skills
