Qualifications & experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Technical Business Analyst in the banking industry.
- Proficient in using JIRA to manage business requirements, identify issues, and track project progress.
- Have strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and the ability to translate these requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Have good communication skills to interact with SME, Product Owner, and the development team.
- Have a good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
- Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use.
- Produce Functional Specification Document based on Product Backlog Refinement.
- Ensure the application meets the requirement.
- Prepare, revise, review and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation.
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
- Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
