We are assisting our client, a data center and hybrid computing solutions provider, to search professional talent for the post of Technical Director, detail as below:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with local government and relevant authorities via various appropriate channels, with the goal of establishing a good relationship network with the government.
Responsible for the filing and approval of the data center project planning stage, scheme stage, and construction drawing design approval stage.
Responsible for managing any permitting consultant to ensure the permitting carried out is done within the timeline required.
Responsible for handling the project construction land and project approval procedures.
Organize the handling of planning licenses and construction licenses by the relevant national and local approval system regulations and other licenses.
Responsible for the review and approval procedures of relevant competent departments such as civil defense, environmental protection, housing construction, quality and safety supervision, and fire protection.
Responsible for the formalities for water, electricity, gas, and other major supporting procedures for data center project construction.
Manage overall delivery to cost, time, and quality and to meet defined objectives.
Ensure best practice is implemented in relation to the creation of evidence and management of documents and records.
Provide periodic updates on the status of each permitting and the challenges faced
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL
Bachelors related construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or above.
At least over 20 years of work experience in construction project approval and public affairs.
Familiar with the work procedures of the local government.
Strong network relationships within the data center ecosystem with regulatory authorities, business partners, vendors, suppliers clients etc. is an advantage.
Local experience in Indonesia / Jakarta is a must. With international work, exposure is an advantage.
