Technical Leader

Responsibilities :

• To provide high quality and timely application.
• Responsible for project design, architecture optimization, code review.
• To suggest, review and implement new technology / new innovation within the company.
• Mentor your junior engineers to ensure their growth (soft and hard skills) and engagement in the team.
• Review development strategy.
• Review application’s unit test coverage code based on Sonarqube.

Job Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Information Technology), or Engineering (Telecommunication/Computer).
• Minimum of 3 years of Frontend Lead/Backend Lead
• At least have 2 years experience as team leader of small developer teams
• Still hands-on and enjoys writing code every day preferably with experience in Frontend framework : Vue Js, Flutter and Backend : Java ,Golang
• Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute release software development.
• Having a passion to lead a team
• Have a solid analytical thinking skills
• Experienced in Git Workflow
