Technical Planning Staff - Me / Architect

Job Descriptions - ME:

• Collaborate with consultants in planning the layout of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Review field conditions and suitability of the ME system.
• Identify, arrange and create specifications for materials, ingredients and equipment to be used.
• Handle and resolve ME-related design problems that arise in the field.

Job Qualifications - ME:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Strong Current Electricity) / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Mechanical Electrical in Highrise Building.
• Have a good ability to operate Computer and applications AutoCAD.
• Have the capability to interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Able to create an integrated implementation methods (architecture, Structure, MEP) and network planning.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Job Descriptions Technical Planning - Architect:

• Collaborate with consultants in preparing Site Plans, Design Schematic, and Technical Drawing.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Check the quality of materials and construction methods used.
• Check whether the construction complies with the approved drawings and plans. Ensure that changes or revisions are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Provide updates on project progress and address issues that may arise.
• Create inspection reports and related documentation. Manage records regarding every aspect of inspections and changes that occur during construction.
• Resolve problems that arise during construction. Coordinate with the project team to identify adequate solutions.

Job Qualifications Technical Planning - Architect:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Architect (preferably in the property industry like an Apartment or Commercial Building).
• Have a good ability to operate any kind applications that support architectural work (AutoCAD, 3D studio, Revit, Sketchup, etc.).
• Have experience working in a reputable architectural consultant.
• Able to analyze drawing to found the critical point. 
• Able to create an integrated implementation methods (architecture, Structure, MEP) and network planning.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
